One thing we try to do at the IDQ Conference is to take photos of things that happened at the conference, presenters, presentations, activities etc.
We are compiling a library of these photos on Flickr under a flickr group for IAIDQ publicity called (surprise surprise) IAIDQ_Publicity.
If you have photos from the IDQ2008 conference you’d like to share with us, please upload them to your Flickr account , tag them as “IDQ2008″ and then share them with the IAIDQ_Publicity group.

First off, an apology. I promised to post a lot of stuff here that I simply haven’t got to yet since I got back to the office after the conference (and wasn’t it a great conference).
However, while delegates at the conference might get what I am talking about in some of the posts I’m going to be making over the next week or so, people who weren’t there might not get it.
So, we are pleased to announce that Wilshire Conferences are selling copies of the conference proceedings on CD-Rom for anyone who wasn’t at the conference but wishes they were, or for people who where there but want to share the wealth of knowledge and learning with their co-workers. I would personally advise in favour of buying a second copy of the proceedings for your company or team library.
The CD Rom costs US$395, but it contains some incredibly informative presentations and is a worthwhile investment.
I’ve lost count of the number of great presentations I’ve lost because a co-worker damaged or lost the cdrom I loaned them. They also make great Christmas gifts for the information quality nerds in your life.
So, get your copy of the IDQ2008 conference proceedings while you still can.
